Requirements

• Proven track record in short cycle selling • Success in outside sales with documented ability to close sales • Full commitment to following a system • Enjoys helping others and is coachable • Access to a vehicle and owns an iPad (preferred) • Life Insurance License (a plus) • Ability to work minimum of 30-35 hours a week • Ability to use CRM platforms and other technology • Tracking and managing leads in sales territory • Achieving sales metrics
