📋 Description

• Responsibility for your sales territory • Manage hospitals and clinics in Berlin & Brandenburg • Strategically develop and grow your territory • Increase revenue and margin • Full sales cycle – from A to Z: prospecting, advising, product trials, price negotiations and contract closures • Independently manage all sales processes (end-to-end) • Business planning and analysis of the market, customer structures and potential • Develop a clear business plan with concrete measures and targets • Build and maintain a strong network within hospitals • Engage with all relevant decision-makers (e.g., purchasing, nursing management) • Question existing structures and develop new solution approaches • Implement projects beyond the product (e.g., process optimization, standardization) • Introduce innovative solutions and establish long-term partnerships • Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline and projects in the CRM system

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business or a related field, or relevant sales experience • Proven success in complex and competitive sales environments • Analytical, structured and strategic way of working • Enjoy clear targets and be intrinsically motivated • Strong communicator – by phone, face-to-face and in meetings • Ideally experience in the medical devices or hospital environment • Confident user of MS Office and good command of English
