• Drive new customer sales for Tendium’s SaaS platform in Finland and Europe • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, with support from the marketing team • Qualify leads and initiate business discussions • Present Tendium’s value proposition • Build and convert a strong sales pipeline • Collaborate with the team to close deals
• Driven and ambitious colleague with the right attitude • Relevant sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS • Fluency in Finnish, proficiency in English, and at least a basic understanding of Swedish • Additional language skills (especially Swedish) are a plus • Previous experience in a tech company, familiarity with public procurements, or an existing network in Finland are seen as advantages • Mindset key to success
• Base salary and commission • Six-month probation period
