• Execute a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of sales metrics. • Develop new accounts and strong lead generation capabilities to meet financial goals. • Develop and participate in sales presentations and customer meetings with channel partner sales team. • Educate and train existing channel partners on PSS products and solution offerings and value propositions.
• Proven channel management or direct sales experience (IT product, technology, consulting, networking, automation) • Experience in growing channel/partner coverage and revenues • Knowledge of Information Technology, AIDC and RFID technology preferred • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to meet and exceed performance expectations.
