📋 Description

• Ensure that the identification, qualification and maintenance of individual and corporate customer registration data are reliable, secure, consistent and compliant with regulatory requirements • Rethink hyper-personalization through the Segmentation platform and the Where to Play initiative • Ensure each customer receives the best offers according to their profile and niche, in a scalable and sustainable way • Raise the technical level of the Segmentation / Portfolio Assignment and Market Relationship platforms • Influence long-term strategic decisions • Ensure scalable, resilient, auditable solutions designed for continuous evolution

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in backend development with languages such as Java, Python or .NET • Experience with scalable, distributed and resilient architectures • Experience with AWS and Azure and their core services • Strong command of software quality practices • Ability to technically influence squads and leadership • Serve as the technical reference for the Customer Registration Community, with a systemic view of the platforms • Technically lead the evolution and modernization of highly complex, critical systems • Reduce structural weaknesses and technical debt in the bank's central platforms • Ensure quality, reliability, traceability and governance in solutions • Influence leaders and squads through technical leadership without formal people management • Define, evolve and sustain Market Relationship and Segmentation systems • Ensure coherence between the defined architecture and the implemented solution • Support complex technical decisions balancing performance, security, cost and resilience • Promote and enforce engineering best practices • Participate in deep technical reviews and design decisions with cross-cutting impact • Support identification, prioritization and remediation of structural technical debt • Work on critical incidents and resolution of systemic problems • Influence SRE practices, observability and failure prevention • Disseminate standards, frameworks and best practices at scale • Contribute to the technical development of people • Research and enable new technologies and approaches • Connect business needs to sustainable long-term technical solutions • Act hands-on when necessary • Leverage knowledge and use of AI agents
