• Market development and business expansion: Identify, evaluate and develop new business opportunities in the German district heating and local heating market. • Pre-sales activities: Early outreach and qualification of potential customers, projects and partnerships. • Key account management: Support and strategic development of selected key customers in the district heating sector. • Market presence, networks and events: Represent the company at relevant conferences, specialist events, trade shows and industry meetings. • Internal liaison and strategic input: Close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Service and Executive Management.
• Solid understanding of the German heat market, ideally with a focus on district heating, local heating, municipal utilities or energy supply • Knowledge of common heat generation and system technologies, such as heat pumps, biomass, solar thermal, power-to-heat, CHP, peaking boilers, storage solutions and hybrid systems. • Experience in business development, technical sales, key account management or strategic market development. • Understanding of municipal decision-making processes, tenders, project development and investment logic in the energy sector. • Ability to translate technical, economic and regulatory aspects into customer-oriented solutions.
