📋 Description
• Perform commissioning and maintenance at customer sites • Provide service-oriented advice to our customers by phone and on site • Support colleagues in technical field service • Perform on-call duty to assist customers as quickly as possible
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician (specializing in refrigeration technology) • Professional experience in customer/field service • Knowledge of the design and operation of heat pumps • Valid Class B driver’s license • Good German language skills, spoken and written • Willingness to travel
