📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintenance at customer sites • Providing service-oriented advice to customers by phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction • Supporting colleagues in field service within and beyond your designated service area • Participating in the on-call rota to assist our customers as quickly as possible • Commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting heat pumps

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as a refrigeration mechatronics technician (Mechatronics Technician - Refrigeration) • Professional experience in field/customer service, e.g., as a refrigeration system installer/refrigeration mechatronics technician or as a heating installer with a valid refrigeration license (Kälteschein) • Knowledge of the design and operation of heat pumps • NIV 15 qualification desirable • Valid driving licence class B • Good German language skills, spoken and written • Strong customer orientation • Willingness to travel • Technical aptitude and manual dexterity
