📋 Description

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at end customers’ premises and at system operators’ sites • Customer-focused telephone and on-site consultations for customers of heating contractors • Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory • Participating in on-call duty to provide customers with support as quickly as possible • Commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting heat pumps in the Höxter area or Fulda / Hünfeld / Schlüchtern / Bad Hersfeld

🎯 Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air-conditioning systems (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer • Ideally, further qualification as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certification • Category 2 refrigerant handling certification is an advantage • Valid Category B driving licence • Good command of German, both written and spoken • Strong customer focus and willingness to travel • Technical aptitude and an interest in heating solutions
