📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and system operators • Providing service-oriented technical advice to our customers from heating companies, both by phone and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction • Assisting colleagues in the technical field service across the wider area of your service region • Taking on on-call duty to respond to customers as quickly as possible

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant trade such as HVAC/plumbing and heating systems mechanic (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electronic technician for energy and building systems, or electrician/electrical installer • Ideally further qualification as a Meister (master craftsman) or state-certified technician • Professional experience in field service/customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC and ventilation systems • Possession of a Category 1 refrigerant certificate (Kälteschein) • Category 2 refrigerant certificate is an advantage • Valid driver's license (Class B) • Good written and spoken German • Technical aptitude and skill in working on heating solutions • Strong customer orientation • Willingness to travel
