📋 Description

• Active acquisition of new customers and expansion of the customer network • Identifying revenue potential using modern software tools • Supporting the entire sales process and developing into the customer's primary point of contact • Presenting innovative product, system and service developments during sales meetings • Monitoring the market and competitors to identify acquisition opportunities • Building long-term, successful customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in HVAC/plumbing (SHK) or electrical field, commercial training with a sales focus, or a relevant university degree • Strong sales affinity and a passion for customer acquisition and selling • Initial practical experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage • Motivation to acquire technical fundamentals in heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and energy technology • Business-fluent German, English skills at B2 level, and willingness to travel regularly
