• Achieve assigned revenue target in eastern Germany • Acquire new customers and manage existing accounts • Properly execute correspondence such as visit reports, route planning, and maintenance of customer data • Conduct market analysis and prepare sales planning/forecasting based on data determined in coordination with the Sales Manager.
• 5–10 years of relevant field/sales experience in areas such as: industrial/commercial heating systems, burners, boiler rooms, combustion systems, or thermal HVAC applications. • Proven track record of meeting revenue and margin targets in a technical sales environment. • Experience selling aftermarket products (service contracts, spare parts, upgrades) is required. • Sales competencies: demonstrated proficiency in territory development and planning, consultative selling and solution positioning, negotiating and closing complex deals, managing multiple stakeholders (end user, consultant, installer, service team), strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline. • Technical education preferred (e.g., Mechanical/Electrical/Energy Engineering, technician diploma) or equivalent work experience. • Training/certifications in combustion are advantageous (where locally relevant).
