• Seeking Lateral Partner in Financial Institutions Regulatory Law Division • Must currently work at a law firm • Must be able to contribute at least 400K of profitable business • Must be licensed in the state they apply to work in • Managing and overseeing deals and client relationships • Offering efficient, high-quality legal services • Combining attorney insight across practice areas to enhance client's business value • Various legal representation and counseling services
Requirements
• Confident banking and finance lawyer • Optimistic self-starter with a positive outlook • Experience and confidence to be the primary attorney managing deals • Tired of big firm practice, running own firm, or not fully valued • Must be licensed in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Penn, Delaware, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, or Washington D.C. • Experience in Financial Institutions Regulatory law
