Description

• Oversee and manage all accounting and financial operations • Lead the Accounting team • Manage general accounting functions • Deliver accurate, timely reports • Uphold non-profit accounting principles • Review journal entries and troubleshoot data • Build and manage a world-class team • Oversee weekly cash flow projections • Develop monthly reporting packages • Provide financial reporting to leadership • Partner with Business Analytics Director on budgeting activities • Develop financial system dashboards and tools • Direct internal control policies & procedures • Manage audits, tax returns, compliance functions • Maintain compliance with accounting principles

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration • CPA or CMA designation • Prior experience managing financial team • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledge of Sage Intacct or similar software • Excellent English communication skills • Physical requirements include sitting for long periods, computer use, and English fluency
