Description

• Lead, recruit, train, inspire, and develop a high performing team focused on delivering great customer experience • Partner with key internal stakeholders in Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success Operations, and Product departments • Drive organizational performance metrics reporting to guide business decisions • Hold weekly 1:1s with direct reports, assist with adoption strategy, churn mitigation, and client escalations • Assist ASMs on customer calls, coach them through customer journeys and playbook • Collaborate on change management and process improvement initiatives • Ensure relevant systems are leveraged and maintained, processes followed • Identify areas of professional development, maintain custom curriculum for team • Monitor team's at-risk customers through usage, reporting, and analytics • Partner with CS Managers and leadership for business cadence • Use data to assist ASM teams in strategic direction • Engage in other projects to help company goals

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in accounting at a managerial level • Highly preferred experience in a Customer Success organization at a SaaS company OR desire to pivot into customer success • Proven experience as manager or team leader • Ability to interact with client teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth • Track record of managing customer escalations, negotiating resolutions • Highly preferred experience using Salesforce, Gainsight, Pendo, Gong, Hubspot, Pardot, etc. • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail • Excellent listening and presentation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or relevant fields preferred
