Description

• Lead payroll operations transition and management in the US and possibly Canada • Setup client-specific requirements in payroll software • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data • Maintain compliance with local statutory processing • Handle employee inquiries and resolve discrepancies • Prepare and complete payroll reports • Provide support to HR operations • Stay informed about HR trends and regulatory changes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of in-house payroll experience in the United States • Fluent in English (written and verbal communication) • Working in US timezone • In-depth experience with ADP Payroll software • Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities • Proficiency with computers and payroll software • Proactive and effective communicator • Detail-oriented and capable of handling complex tasks • Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently • Open to flexibility and positive approach towards change
