Description

• Perform the monthly and quarterly accounting close process and continuously improve processes to scale with the organization • Oversee expense tracking as well as the procure-to-pay process • Manage general ledger and review monthly and quarterly reconciliations • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Provide support and analysis in the preparation of management presentations • Identify and implement improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • CPA certification preferred • 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance • Experience with month-end close processes and financial reporting • Strong knowledge of GAAP • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
