• Seek a Lateral Partner in Tax Law Division • Must currently work at a law firm • Contribute at least 400K of profitable business to the firm • Be the primary attorney managing and overseeing deals and client relationships • Understand various tax matters related to business lifecycle • Tailor tax solutions for clients to minimize tax consequences • Work closely with clients to achieve tax-efficient results
Requirements
• Licensed in the state of application • Confident banking and finance lawyer • Optimistic self-starter with a positive outlook • Experienced in business and tax matters • Tired of big firm practice or running own firm • Willingness to work well with others
