📋 Description

• Complete closing tasks as directed. • Manage the closing package process. • Provide coverage for closer pipeline overflow. • Ensuring accurate and timely client communication throughout the closing process. • Responsible for completing initial fee sheets and revising fee sheets as needed. • Assist with managing the deed requests. • Assist with scheduling of notary appointments as needed. • Managing the applicable closing email in-boxes and ensuring timely responses are delivered. • Provides feedback and details to management on any internal or external issues that could identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience. • One (1) plus year(s) of title, settlement services/escrow or mortgage experience. • Refinance closing experience preferred.
