• Engage with team members across Carrot on exciting and impactful projects • Partnership with colleagues within and outside of the team to drive operational efficiencies and business success • Manage assigned key initiatives and provide updates to Operations leadership • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Carrot • Provide real-time support and troubleshooting to Operations team members
• 2-3 years experience in Customer Success or business operations • Self-motivated with clear ownership and initiative • Experienced in multi-tasking and able to operate with some level of ambiguity • Intermediate proficiency with tools/systems including Atlassian tools, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, Reporting & analytics, and Quality tools • Preferred qualifications include experience with an OKR framework, working closely with manager and Director-level leaders, exposure to high-growth work environments, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite or Google Apps, and Atlassian tools
