Description

• Own daily and periodic accounting processes • Produce financial reports and perform monthly reviews • Administer financial tech stack • Coordinate and complete annual audits • Establish and enforce internal accounting methods, policies, and principles • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines • Dive in on ad-hoc financial projects • Support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• 7-12 years of relevant, progressive accounting experience; Certified Public Accountant preferred • Experience working at both a Big 4 firm and at an early-stage SaaS or consumer product startup • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Track record of building scalable processes, driving efficiencies, and streamlining accounting operations • Familiarity with Quickbooks, Excel, and working knowledge of SQL
