Description
• Technical Support Engineer role • Remote role in Mountain Time/Central, US West or India time zone • Providing exceptional support in Kubernetes automation and cost optimization • Act as Subject Matter Expert for CAST AI platform • Collaborate with customers for troubleshooting and issue resolution • Own customer issues from initiation to resolution • Share knowledge through documentation and mentorship • On-call support for after-hours critical issues
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 3-5 years experience in Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting • Excellent understanding of Linux/Unix fundamentals • Hands-on experience with major public cloud providers • Strong problem-solving skills and technical understanding • Excellent communication abilities • Must be able to work European timezones •
