• Work closely with Fivetran customers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of reported incidents • Take end-to-end ownership of customer cases, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause, and case resolution • Provide troubleshooting support via multiple channels (web, email, phone, virtual meetings, etc.) • Help customers round the clock and be willing to work in shifts in a 24x7 work environment • Investigate incidents utilizing Fivetran environment, logs, and troubleshooting tools • Collaborate with engineering team to submit well-documented bugs • Work with Product team to ensure feature requests are addressed in a timely fashion • Document known solutions in knowledge base and share across team • Collaborate on technical and non-technical projects
• Highly technical capacity • Success with new and existing customers • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Strong technical and communication skills • Experience in customer support and troubleshooting
• Full time position • Working during fixed night IST hours (7PM - 4AM shift and occasionally 24X7)
