• Success in this position will involve effectively collaborating with clients to ensure their digital experience and overall observability from the end-user perspective are enhanced. This includes providing insightful analysis and strategic guidance, leveraging expert recommendations. As the Performance Specialist, you'll hold a pivotal role in identifying critical factors affecting both site performance and the comprehensive observability. Your guidance will lead clients towards impactful solutions, aligning with our mission to prioritize monitoring and observability to ensure businesses deliver on their promises to their end-users. Additionally, success will entail maintaining strong client relationships, identifying & addressing technical issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The role also involves contributing to marketing efforts, managing client expectations, and actively participating in knowledge sharing initiatives
• Experience in data driven analysis • Experience in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture etc. • Experience in using Web Performance Solutions. • Understanding of web optimization solutions such as CDN, Cloud Computing etc • 1-3 years in performance optimization and management • Understanding of web technologies including HTML, JS, CSS, networking, Content Delivery Networks etc. • Excellent at understanding and analyzing data • Prior consulting experience • Good understanding of various system architectures and networking devices (servers, load balancers, routers, etc) • Experience in desktop, mobile and mobile app performance optimization
