Description

• Conduct an environmental scan on public health staffing and workforce development programs • Complete a SWOT analysis for Workforce Services public health staffing projects • Research current public health workforce challenges • Conduct market research on public health staffing providers • Identify and develop different staffing structures to support workforce programs • Develop a final report with findings and recommendations • Present findings to Workforce Services leadership

Requirements

• Undergraduate/Graduate student majoring in related field • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong technical skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management • Strong organizational skills • Good interpersonal skills
