• Responsible for high-volume recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of clinical personnel • Building and maintaining an active pipeline of clinical candidates • Supporting corporate recruitment efforts • Supporting the development of recruitment processes, procedures, and policies • Completing offboarding of clinical personnel • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of each unique customer program • Other duties as assigned
• 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting and staffing of clinical personnel • Experience recruiting independent contractors preferred • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree • Proven experience utilizing an ATS, scheduling applications, and learning management platforms • In-depth knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations • Must live in the US • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and manage processes and systems • Energetic and positive personality with ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate across teams
