📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to candidate selection • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, and other recruitment channels • Review resumes and screen candidates based on job requirements • Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments in English • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers • Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates • Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment pipelines • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers • Manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience • Recruit and screen Evaluation Specialist candidates based on professional, analytical, communication, and English-language skills • Recruit and screen Immigration Paralegal Agent candidates based on relevant experience, organizational skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and English proficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Must currently reside in Cali or Bogotá, Colombia • Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, or Staffing • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes • Advanced/Fluent English (B2+/C1 or higher) • Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills • Experience using LinkedIn and recruitment platforms • Excellent organization and time-management skills • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment • Preferred: Experience recruiting English-speaking professionals • Preferred: Experience recruiting for legal, immigration, administrative, or specialized positions • Preferred: Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment metrics
