📋 Description

• Upgrade Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, ensuring minimal downtime and successful version transitions • Migrate Jira and Confluence from Server to Atlassian Cloud, including user data, workflows, and custom configurations • Develop and maintain Groovy and Shell scripts to automate administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency • Troubleshoot and resolve application-level and server-side issues, ensuring high availability and performance • Install and configure Jira Suite Utilities plugin to enhance workflows with advanced conditions, validators, and post-functions • Manage user provisioning in Active Directory, synchronize users with Jira, and assign appropriate groups and permissions • Install, configure, and maintain Jira and Confluence plugins in production environments • Set up, configure, and administer application servers using AWS, Jenkins, and Git • Administer Jira Add-ons and configure Jira for Helpdesk and ticketing systems • Publish Jira gadgets and dashboards on Confluence pages to enhance visibility and reporting across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in upgrading Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence • Experience migrating Jira and Confluence from Server to Atlassian Cloud, including user data, workflows, and custom configurations • Experience developing and maintaining Groovy and Shell scripts • Skilled in troubleshooting application-level and server-side issues • Experience installing and configuring Jira Suite Utilities plugin • Experience managing user provisioning in Active Directory and synchronizing users with Jira • Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Jira and Confluence plugins in production environments • Hands-on experience with AWS, Jenkins, and Git • Experience administering Jira Add-ons and configuring Jira for Helpdesk and ticketing systems • Experience publishing Jira gadgets and dashboards on Confluence pages
