📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end growth strategy for a select portfolio of AEC accounts • Develop and execute plans to maximize ARR through strategic upsell and cross-sell • Cultivate and expand relationships with senior stakeholders • Create and present ROI and business value analyses • Lead negotiation and closing of complex, multi-year expansion deals • Identify opportunities for workflow transformation within client organizations • Mentor junior account managers • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales • Proven and consistent track record of significantly exceeding targets • Deep familiarity with complex AEC workflows and SaaS licensing models • Expertise in complex contract negotiation • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Must be fluent in English.
