• You take ownership of the end-to-end operational excellence of our People Operations & People Support function • You lead and develop the People Operations & People Support team, creating clarity, structure, and accountability • You ensure smooth and reliable employee lifecycle processes (from contracts to onboarding and HRIS) • You design and continuously improve scalable People Operations & People Support processes, standard operating procedures, and tools • You translate People & Culture strategy and policies into efficient operational workflows • You act as a trusted operational counterpart within People & Culture and enable the function to scale
• You bring several years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations / People Support / Backoffice / HR Administration, ideally in a growing organisation • You have proven people leadership experience and enjoy developing teams • You have strong experience with HR processes and HRIS systems • You are highly structured, reliable, and execution-focused • You can communicate clearly in both English & German.
