📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for high-priority corporate roles • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior hiring managers • Develop and execute thoughtful sourcing strategies • Evaluate, interview, and present candidates • Drive efficiency and consistency across the recruiting process • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders • Manage candidate experience end-to-end • Take ownership of recruiting projects and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders (Director+ level) • Strong business acumen • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strong sense of ownership; able to manage multiple priorities • Organized and detail-oriented • Authorized to work in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency
