Description

• As the engineering manager for our Platform team, you will play an essential role in planning and executing our technical roadmap. • You will own our infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and technical platform. • Looking for someone who is impact-orientated, energized by impact, and takes an iterative approach to software engineering. • Inspiring candidate by the opportunity to impact millions of lives in a profound way.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience, with 2+ years of management experience • Significant professional experience directly managing DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform engineers • Self-directed attitude from idea to impact • Great communication skills • Significant experience with Terraform, CI/CD, Docker, and scripting languages • Familiarity with a cloud ecosystem such as AWS, GCP, or Azure • Excellent at managing ambiguity and breaking down complex problems • Growth mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment • Candidates located within 75 minutes' commuting distance of NYC office must abide by hybrid policy
