• Establish and drive ChildFund Australia's organisation-wide innovation capability • Support the development, testing and scaling of evidence-based solutions across Asia and the Pacific • Work closely with country teams, local partners, children and young people • Coordinate the Innovation Model • Manage a dynamic innovation portfolio • Build strategic partnerships across academia, philanthropy, civil society, government and the private sector • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning • Create pathways for promising ideas to achieve sustainable impact at scale
• Experienced leader with expertise in innovation, partnership development, international development or humanitarian action • Ability to establish and drive organisation-wide innovation capability • Ability to support development, testing and scaling of evidence-based solutions across Asia and the Pacific • Ability to coordinate an Innovation Model and manage an innovation portfolio • Strategic partnership development skills across academia, philanthropy, civil society, government and the private sector • Commitment to child safeguarding and PSEAH policies and procedures • Successful completion of relevant background checks before joining ChildFund Australia
