📋 Description

• Build modern, scalable enterprise software using AI-first development practices • Use Artificial Intelligence, including TensorFlow and PyTorch, to improve engineering productivity and software quality • Automate repetitive engineering tasks and workflows • Take end-to-end ownership of applications and services from design through production • Work closely with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders • Collaborate with onsite and offshore engineering teams • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design sessions • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote engineering excellence and AI adoption • Deliver scalable, high-quality enterprise software with speed and reliability • Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies to improve software delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in software development • Strong expertise in Java and Python • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure • Strong experience with Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake • Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-grade microservices and REST APIs • Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices • Experience with Git, automated testing frameworks, and Agile software development • Knowledge of messaging technologies: Kafka, Azure Event Hub, or Azure Service Bus • Practical, day-to-day use of AI to improve software engineering productivity • Experience in AI projects, including machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision, is a plus • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills • Advanced/fluent English communication skills
