📋 Description

• Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to map user journeys and business objectives • Elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into functional/technical specifications • Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria, using BDD/Gherkin when appropriate • Support backlog prioritization and refinement • Ensure the development team understands the purpose and business impact of each delivery • Identify bottlenecks in client processes and propose continuous improvements grounded in data and service design best practices • Bridge clients’ business needs and technical solutions delivered by engineering teams • Apply an agile mindset and Lean thinking to turn complex problems into clear user stories and ensure continuous value delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT • Strong ability to elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and process improvements • Ability to write clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria • Support for backlog prioritization and refinement • Strong understanding of product value and delivery sequencing • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives • Experience with Jira or similar backlog and project management tools • Excellent prioritization, task management, risk identification, and progress tracking skills • Excellent spoken and written English • Ability to independently engage stakeholders both onsite and offshore
