📋 Description

• Manage service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle • Act as a client brand ambassador and consultative partner to hiring managers • Complete detailed job-scope conversations with hiring leaders • Review applicants through the applicant tracking system • Build and deploy recruitment marketing campaigns • Source candidates using resume databases, networking sites, Boolean searches, social media, and deep web techniques • Generate targeted passive-candidate lists and pursue referrals • Engage talent communities through phone, email, campaigns, network introductions, and social media • Tailor value propositions to candidate situations and interest levels • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide logistical guidance • Keep candidates and hiring managers updated throughout the process • Conduct professional phone interviews and assess candidate fit • Issue skills tests and review background and reference information when required • Maintain an active talent pipeline • Articulate job offers and drive candidate acceptance • Ensure adherence to OFCCP and other compliance standards • Provide recruiting activity reports and identify solutions to search difficulties • Mentor recruiters and other team members • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field required • Equivalent experience may be considered • Minimum of five or more years of results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO or agency setting • Pharma experience required; pharma sales preferred • Ability to demonstrate niche segment or industry expertise • Ability to employ technologies in the recruiting process that create efficiencies • Adherence to documentation and compliance processes • Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques • Experience with applicant tracking systems, resume databases, networking sites, social media channels, Boolean search language, mobile and email campaigning, and proprietary recruiting software • Knowledge of OFCCP and other recruiting compliance standards
