📋 Description

• Take ownership of new customers immediately after contract signing • Conduct kickoff meetings and clarify prerequisites, timelines, and responsibilities • Coordinate the technical integration of practice management systems together with the Data team • Support the installation of the ETL software and coordinate with the practice’s IT team or IT service provider • Proactively support customers throughout onboarding and act as their central point of contact • Manage ongoing onboardings, track commitments and deadlines, and ensure a fast go-live • Guide customers through data validation through to the completed dashboard • Support customers in using the dashboard • Further develop customer onboarding through standardization, automation, and the use of AI • Help design and build a Customer Success support model for the period after go-live

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing customer relationships—for example, in onboarding, implementation, Customer Success, account management, or project management with direct customer contact • Ownership mindset: take responsibility for customers and projects and independently drive topics through to completion • Good understanding of interfaces, databases, and IT infrastructure • Willingness to learn and become familiar with new technical topics • Independent and structured working style • Ability to manage multiple customer projects in parallel and prioritize independently • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for direct customer interaction • Nice to have: experience in the outpatient healthcare market, ideally with practice management systems • Nice to have: experience in a SaaS or software environment • Nice to have: experience building processes and documentation
