📋 Description

• Take ownership of new customers immediately after contract signing • Conduct kickoff meetings and clarify requirements, timelines, and responsibilities • Coordinate the technical integration of practice management systems together with the Data team • Support the installation of ETL software and coordinate with practice IT teams or external IT providers • Communicate proactively with customers and act as their central point of contact throughout onboarding • Manage ongoing onboarding projects, track commitments and deadlines, and help customers become productive quickly • Continuously improve customer onboarding through standardization, automation, and the use of AI • Turn project experience into improved processes • Help shape Customer Success after go-live and build a scalable customer support model

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing customer relationships—for example, in onboarding, implementation, Customer Success, Account Management, or project management with direct customer contact • Ownership mentality: take responsibility for customers and projects and independently drive initiatives through to completion • Good understanding of interfaces, databases, and IT infrastructure • Willingness to learn and engage with new technical topics • Independent, structured approach to work • Ability to manage multiple customer projects in parallel and prioritize independently • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for direct customer interaction • Nice to have: Experience in the outpatient healthcare market, ideally with practice management systems • Nice to have: Experience in a SaaS or software environment • Nice to have: Experience building processes and documentation
