📋 Description

• Communicate and liaise with different departments to handle incoming requests and quality escalations • Prepare reports and share insights into quality findings as part of quality investigations • Drive and/or participate in quality programs related to suppliers and clients • Proactively monitor and track internal data and statistics to identify and troubleshoot unusual spikes or dips in traffic at supplier, client, and/or user level • Contribute inputs toward development of new tools and products • Regularly update product and internal documentation • Explore avenues, plan, and ideate to improve the overall quality function

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years’ minimum experience in the Market Research service industry preferred • Enterprising, curious, and enthusiastic to learn new tools and processes • Ability to spot patterns and irregularities within data sets of different sizes • Highly organized and proactive, able to track and progress many tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Commercial mindset to understand the impact of actions • Ability to communicate clearly and build strong, trustworthy relationships with different stakeholders • Proficiency in written and oral communication in English • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office products • Expertise in Excel V-lookups • Expertise in pivot tables with filtering and formulas • Experience with de-duplication checks • Experience handling Market Research data checks and validation • Ability to manipulate large files • Ability to provide clear, concise feedback on data findings • Ability to suggest needed improvements • Knowledge of sampling criteria and panel handling is a big advantage • Ability to work US EST hours
