Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field • 10+ years experience with Workday and third-party solutions • Leadership experience overseeing HR technology and systems implementation • Strong understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements • Experience in leading HR technology projects and process improvements • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
