Description

• Help design the Partner Engineering function at Classy -- what it's responsible for, how it interfaces with other teams, and how it'll grow and develop over time • Work closely with internal and external partner teams in qualifying technical opportunities for Classy within the nonprofit technical ecosystem • Develop a deep understanding of both Classy and partner products/solutions • Present and demo Classy solution at field events • Build and facilitate demos and technical validation events for partners • Support from a technical standpoint business case for new out-of-the-box integrations/connectors with technology partners, in collaboration with Classy product marketing, product and engineering • Support from a technical standpoint sales, product, and enablement sessions for partners • Some travel required

Requirements

• 5+ years in engineering roles, preferably with startup exposure • 3-5+ years experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or related role within enterprise SaaS • Prior experience with APIs and integrations software • Demonstrated experience architecting solutions for enterprise customers and partners • Background in cloud, enterprise software and/or system integration preferably in the nonprofit sector (Salesforce and/or Blackbaud ecosystems) • A passion for enterprise software, and a philosophy of using technology to help solve business problems • Curiosity to learn and assimilate technical information quickly; enthusiasm to share and teach othersAbility to influence both technical and executive audiences (external and internal) • Experience working directly with partners within enterprise software space
