📋 Description

• Work across multiple HR areas as needed, including recruitment and selection for complex and highly senior roles, performance management, leadership support, and people and culture projects. • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. • Support the performance review cycle, including design, calibration, communication, and feedback. • Support leaders in their day-to-day activities, serving as a point of contact for people-related questions, requests, and decisions. • Contribute to culture and employee experience initiatives. • Participate in automation and AI projects applied to HR processes, including agents, automated workflows, and integrations between tools. • Complement the existing team by addressing gaps and gaining the autonomy to take ownership of new areas as business needs arise. • Identify process improvement opportunities and propose more efficient solutions. • Build and maintain HR-focused automations and AI tools by designing workflows, creating agents, and integrating systems to make processes more efficient and scalable.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in generalist HR, with experience in at least two of the following areas: recruitment and selection, performance management, HR business partnering/leadership support, or culture. • Versatile profile, able to move across different topics without compromising execution quality. • Hands-on experience building automations or workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools. • Experience with generative AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or similar tools, applied to process creation. • Knowledge of end-to-end HR processes. • Experience with recruitment and people management tools such as Gupy, Qulture.rocks, ADP, or similar platforms. • Analytical ability to monitor metrics and make data-driven decisions. • Familiarity with Brazil’s LGPD as it applies to HR and AI processes. • Autonomy, organization, and strong prioritization skills. • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels. • Proactive approach to anticipating needs and proposing solutions. • Curiosity about technology, automation, and AI applied to HR. • Discretion and reliability when handling sensitive information. • Preferred: experience in technology companies or fast-growing environments. • Preferred: experience with automation or generative AI tools applied to HR. • Preferred: experience working in small, lean teams with multiple responsibilities.
