📋 Description

• Join the Retention team within the Growth vertical, creating solutions and initiatives to improve the user experience and contribute to customer retention and expansion. • Work collaboratively and remotely with technology, product, and marketing teams. • Build server-side and front-end logic for A/B tests, feature flags, and conversion optimization experiments. • Integrate the platform with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), payment gateways (Stripe), and marketing automation and analytics tools (Segment, Mixpanel). • Ensure maximum loading speed by monitoring Core Web Vitals and applying technical SEO best practices. • Write clean, semantic code covered by automated tests. • Ensure a secure and resilient architecture capable of handling traffic spikes. • Collaborate with the data team to segment users and instrument the front end to capture interaction metrics (GA4, Mixpanel).

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience developing highly available web applications. • Advanced proficiency in Ruby on Rails and building robust RESTful APIs. • Proficiency in Vue.js or Nuxt.js, TypeScript, semantic HTML5, and CSS3 (Tailwind CSS). • Knowledge of microservices and messaging systems (Sidekiq, SQS, Kafka). • Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and experience with non-relational databases such as DynamoDB. • Hands-on experience with third-party APIs (payments, marketing, and sales). • Experience with automated testing (RSpec for back end; Jest/Cypress for front end). • Familiarity with Docker and cloud environments (AWS). • Data-driven mindset and understanding of metrics such as conversion rate, CAC, and activation. • Nice to have: knowledge of Golang. • Nice to have: previous experience on Growth teams or with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies. • Nice to have: experience managing subscriptions and billing (Stripe Billing, Chargebee). • Nice to have: ability to document and communicate technical solutions using C4 diagrams, event diagrams, and sequence diagrams. • Nice to have: knowledge of data pipelines and ETL tools. • Nice to have: knowledge of web accessibility practices (WCAG).
