📋 Description

• Confidently receive and handle customer inquiries via email and phone, resolving issues with a solutions-oriented approach • Process requests from installation partners in a structured manner • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Finance • Identify and implement improvement opportunities in operational processes

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German (required) • Very good English skills • Some experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Operations — ideally at a fast-growing startup (nice to have) • Interest in renewable energy, fintech, or climate-related topics (nice to have)
