• Director of Product role responsible for leading product development at Close • Overseeing Product Management and Product Design teams • Working closely with Engineering, customer-facing, and Sr. Leadership teams • Setting product strategy and vision aligned with company strategy • Developing and communicating product roadmap • Building and shipping high-quality product • Managing the Product Management and Product Design teams • Leading customer development and data analysis • Refining product development process • Recruitment for hiring PM or Design team members

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States • Minimum 3 years experience in a product leadership/management role • Minimum 6 years experience shipping successful Product at a B2B SaaS company • Comfortable diving deep into analytics and metrics • Critical eye for improving existing product or design • Occasional travel required
