📋 Description

• Drive new business and revenue growth for ATE boards and/or MSAP technology in the DACH and BeNeLux regions • Build, manage, and expand long-term strategic customer relationships within the telecommunications and/or semiconductor industries • Develop and execute sales and account strategies to open new markets and target key customers • Lead complex sales cycles and coordinate closely with customers and production partners in Asia and/or Europe on solution and product development • Analyze market and technology trends to adapt sales strategies and identify new growth opportunities • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, product performance, and continuous improvement • Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs to strengthen market presence and networks

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in Senior Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management within the electronics, PCB, semiconductor, or related technology industries • Strong ability to identify new business opportunities, develop markets, and build long-term strategic customer relationships • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value technical deals • Solid understanding of technical products, manufacturing environments, and solution-based selling • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution and strong commercial ownership • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior decision-makers • Comfortable working in an international environment with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams • Entrepreneurial mindset, high level of self-motivation, and willingness to take ownership of market development • Fluent in English; German or additional European languages are a plus • Willingness to travel internationally
