Description

• Engineering Manager to help lead and grow a team to execute on the vision to replace “next generation” network firewalls • Build a network-as-a-service offering leveraging the full power and threat data of the Cloudflare network • Time to build a better solution and reinvent the market

Requirements

• Experience leading and growing software engineering teams working on products from early stage through scale • Experience building full-stack security products with an understanding of the challenges faced with modern firewalls • Excel at planning, creating teams and overseeing execution to meet commitments and deliver with predictability • Demonstrate a track record of managing a team including hiring, onboarding, and professional development • Experience implementing tools, process, internal instrumentation, methodologies and resolving blockages • Comfortable managing teams/projects in multiple locations and time zones, with tight deadlines and short release cycles
