•Analyze and interpret complex data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and insights •Develop and maintain analytics dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business objectives •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate data sources, identify key metrics, and develop data-driven insights •Interpret and communicate insights to stakeholders, providing recommendations for strategic growth opportunities •Continuously monitor performance, identifying areas of improvement and providing solutions for optimization •Support the development and execution of marketing and growth strategies •Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis, presenting opportunities to improve organizational performance

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field •4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in an e-commerce or tech industry •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets with excellent attention to detail •Proficient in SQL, Python, and Excel with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio •Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business objectives •Strong communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner •Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
