• 5+ years’ experience in customer-facing organizations within a software company (ideally SaaS) • Experience with sales or account management holding a quota deliverable role • Self-learner and self-starter in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable in building and maintaining joint success plans, playbooks, and risk reports • Experience closing and negotiating business in an upsell motion • Strong client relationship skills • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills for both technical and business concepts
