Description

• Drive positive business outcomes and superior customer experiences • Measure success by high net revenue retention, low customer logo churn, high software adoption, high customer satisfaction/net promoter scores • Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to drive product expansion and value realization • Own renewals, negotiations, and revenue expansion within assigned accounts • Generate reports and insights to share with internal stakeholders • Comfortable interacting at all levels of the organization • Bachelor’s Degree required

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in customer-facing organizations within a software company (ideally SaaS) • Experience with sales or account management holding a quota deliverable role • Self-learner and self-starter in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable in building and maintaining joint success plans, playbooks, and risk reports • Experience closing and negotiating business in an upsell motion • Strong client relationship skills • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills for both technical and business concepts
