Description

• A core pillar of Polar’s GTM strategy is agency partnerships. You’ll be the first person in this role in North America and have a massive opportunity to play a key part in our growth • You will have the opportunity to help us build and scale our agency partnerships program from scratch • You will have the opportunity to build a team and own partnerships in North America • You will have the opportunity to bring your creative thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance Polar’s values, build our culture, and execute on our vision for the future • Create a territory plan within North America to cultivate new agency relationships and execute on it • Drive new business opportunities and revenue • Become a trusted business advisor to the agency relationships you manage • Develop a long-term strategy with your partners to help them meet their growth objectives using Polar • Develop the ability to understand a partner’s business goals and help them achieve them • Become a Polar product expert, run product demos, presentations, and own the full sales cycle

Requirements

• You have experience building agency partnerships, preferably in the ecommerce ecosystem • You have experience working on full sales cycle, from prospecting to close. • You’ve excelled at achieving targets or quotas you’ve been personally responsible for. • You’ve partnered with Marketing teams to help produce content (webinars, Case Studies) that help drive top of funnel growth.
