• Work closely with clients to understand business goals and objectives • Guide and manage clients throughout the integration process • Provide guidance and support on best practices for payment processing • Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success • Develop and maintain strong client relationships • Identify and obtain additional payments volume and revenue opportunities • Monitor and report on key metrics related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, computer science, marketing, or related field • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management • Strong understanding of Payment Facilitator models for software platforms • Strong understanding of credit card processing and ACH processing • Strong understanding of interchange and interchange drivers • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects • Passion for helping clients succeed and achieve business goals • Authorization to work in the United States of America
